"Wall Panels PPGI Standard wall partitions in the Operation Theatre are a composite construction of two skins of PPGI/PPGI with a panel thickness of 50 mm, over a GI framework with a sealed and insulated interior. The standard panel has dimensions of 1000mm x 2425mm. Standard panels have an overall thickness of 50 mm. The self-supporting internal walls are constructed with an interior GI framework. Partition-to-partition connections are maintained with precision with GI profiles that create uniform seams. The partition seams are sealed by silicone with a perfectly flush finish. PUF insulation material is sandwiched between two skin layers and sealed from the exterior by a GI framework. The self-supporting wall should be provided in modular units consisting of external skins (exposed to the room) in PPGI, outer (skin not exposed to the room) PPGI, which will be 0.6mm thick, with a protective film to prevent surface damage during shipping and installation." The movable wall includes the following: a) PUF insulation - 40 Kg/Cum (High pressure) b) GI profile (JSW Steel / Tata Steel / Everest Industries Limited) c) Silicone sealant (clear, white) d) Sheet thickness 0.6 for PPGI

Ceiling panels PPGI Ceiling panels are designed to fit within each other and suspended by threaded tension bars with adjustable turnbuckles fastened to the overhead support at fixed intervals, Standard Ceiling Panels are 50 mm thick, walkable type, and have a composite construction of two skins of PPGI/PPGI, over a GI framework with a sealed and insulated interior. The ceiling includes the following:" a) PUF insulation - 40 Kg/Cum (High Pressure) b) GI. (JSW Steel / Tata Steel / Everest Industries Limited) c) Silicone sealant (clear & white).

Floor: Supply & installation, fixing of seamless static conductive floor, as in OT shall be 2mm thick with covings, with welded joints with following specifications :- (i) Flooring in each operation rooms seamless with perfectly curved flash-covings. (ii) It shall have anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties. (iii) Flooring is a static-conductive, flexible homogeneous vinyl floor.

"Hermatically Sealed Automatic Sliding door: Hermatically Automatic in ICU/OT with size1500 mm*2100mm for fixing on wall with following specifications:" (a ) Door Blade- Door core of 50-60mm thick built up with HPL sheet as skin at both sides of the door to provide better strength CFC-free, high density polyurethane puff (density 40 kg/m^3), thickness. (b ) Door Profile- Door core is surronded by 2.5mm thick high grade aluminium extrusion profiles with natural anodizing of 15 microns finish. The aero dynamic design of profiles shall make the door ROBUST in its segment league. (c) Gaskets- Door blade is made with 3-tier specially designed 3 side heavy duty replaceable EPDM gasket against wall frame. Bottom sealing with 2-tier heavy duty EPDM gasket to flush with finished floor. (d) Window - High quality double glazed flush vision window of 300mmx300mm view size both sides flush with the door blade. (e) Wall Frame - High grade Al extrusion with natural anodized 15 micron finish wall frame profile. This wall frame profile is 3 sided blind fixed with clading on wall cut out section fron inside & outside of the room. (f) Operation- Door opening/Closing options Automatic

"Laminar Airflow System :- Supply,Installation & commissioning of Laminar Airflow System :- Specialised Air Distribution based on Total Presuure Displacement so as to ensure Uniform air quality & quantity along the complete LAF area. Minimum total air changes should be more than 30 per hour. It shall be terminal filter (HEPA filter shall be fitted across total filtration area i.e. 48 sq.ft ), Ultra Clean ventilation system with unidirectional flow. It shall be draft-free, comfortable room climate and minimal, undisruptive noise level. It shall have filtration area of atleast (2440X1830) and capable of filter 4500 cfm of air. It shall have minimal pathogen concentration < 10 c.fu./Cum." (a) Plenum Body - Filter housing and pressure chamber made out of high-end stainless steel 304 medical grade steel with matt polish sheet thickness 1.2mm specially designed to deliver uniform velocity across the entire HEPA plenum to maintain uniform laminarity of air -01 No. Plenum to be fitted with SS grill with perforation. (b ) Fresh air positive pressure consisting of 5 micron washable filter EU4 grade & made of HDPE non woven material. The fresh air component of the air chamge is required to be minimum 12-15 air changes/hour. (c) Mini plate (H 14) HEPA, low pressure drop filter to remove practices sizing upto 0.3 micron with 99.97% particle removing efficiency. (d) Air Handling Unit Capacity 4500cfm (e) The Air Handling unit shall have electrical safety and shall have EN-1886 Certification for mechanical strength. The air handling inits shall be double skin construction, internal coving design and thermal break panels draw-throw type consisting various section, filter section fan section,coil section, mixing box. Flexible canvas connection will be provided between fan outlets and panels, to avoid fan vibration to the body of AHU. Fan motor shall be energy efficient and shall 415 volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase totally enclosed fan cooled class F with IP 55 protection motor, drive to fan shall provided with belt drive arrangements. (e) DX type cooling coils :- The coil has to be designed with interwinding circuits to suit DX system. Coil to be in 2 sets with 6 row in each set. (f) Dampers :- Dampers shall be opposed blade type. Blades shall be made of double skinned aerofoil aluminium section with internal gasket and assembled within a rigid extruded alloy frame. (g) Fine filter and miscellaneous accessories :- Microvee filters 98% efficiency down to 5 micron 610x610x305mm - 2 nos and GI "B" class drain piping with insulation. Fresh air arrangement with louvers, bird screen & damper (h) Surgeons control panel :- Supply, installation and fixing of surgeon control panel. Membrane type control panel, comprising-Complete with following features :- (i) 1 No. Day Time Clock. (ii) 1 No. Time Lapse Clock..(v) 1 No. AHU, AC , Peripheral light controls. (vi) Lighting control. (i) AHU control panel shall be provided with VFD ( Variable Frequency Drive) IP 20 with provision for Handon/Bypass Mode for appropriate blower fan motor, mains failure relays, electrical distribution equipment and circuit protection equipment for all circuits within the operation theatre . All internal wiring shall terminate in connectors with screw and clamp spring connections of the Clip-on type mounted, on a DIN rail and labelled with indelible proprietary labels. Individual fuses or miniature circuit breakers shall protect all internal circuits. Intergration of AHU with outdoor unit 5.5 Tr each and 5.5 Tr X 1 Set) with proper copper piping, expansion valve, dryerfilte (j) Integration of AHU with Outdoor unit with Expansion valve, dryerfilter, side glass, Proper copper tubing etc. .

Ducting: Ducting is an approach to air management that uses a series of metal or plastic pipes to carry heated or cooled air from one place to another. A duct system is often referred to as ductwork. Duct in Modular Operation Theatre is made by assembling and erection of Aluminium sheet with flange rectangular/square duct made of "L" shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxes which includes all accessories such as carriage bolt, Gasket & appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints, etc., complete set of 24 gauge.

UV System: 4 no's of UVs in risers

Defumigation System: A control panel to be installed outside Ot to monitor OT pressure and to start defumigation system from outside the OT. Defumigatiom system should be such that it Defumigate the Ot in given time and then switch On the AHU to increase OT pressure without operating the Surgeon control panel

X-ray viewing screen: The 2 Film X-ray viewing screen placed behind a transparent screen to view the developed X-rays. (Imported Type)
