Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer- in - Charges

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete complying witstandard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also m all floors complete complying with Standard Specification

Supplying and erecting centering for side and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as side slabs of RCC boxing and similar vertical RCC slabs, FACIA, Drop etc., in all floor with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size of 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25X3mm for boardinglaid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including + cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

6.Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II ; class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

7.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and 5 five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

8.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3(one cement and ) three sand by volume) 20mm thick for all internal/external surfaces with standard specifications.

15.Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Pipe on wall and celling with PVC accessories with 150mmx100mmx63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point

Supply and fixing of 20W LED Tube Light etc., Complete.

Supply and delivery of borewell submersible pumpset 3 HP with vertical type with all accessories with latest FS8034 in general for the following duty conditions the pumpset should have diagonally balanced bronze impler and stainless shaft for motor and pump and directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous rated three phase fifty cycles 22/440 volts AC supply motor should be as per ISI with upto date amendment. The starter winding should be made from high conductivity PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable of suitable size of work.
