Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12 mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flish pointed .. Do do all as per specifiction and E/I.

providing two coats of dry distemper of approved shade and make over a primer coat of washing over new surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper ,applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction E/I.

Providing one coat of snowcem of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls, scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a)Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick).The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned local wood work in chaukhat in doors, windows skylights, fanlights and C/W celetial windows openings, including wedge over all clamps complete including application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all completeas per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 30mm thick solid core type decorative single leaf flush door shutter with both sides decorative veneered with black board core bended with high quality phenol formal dehydes synthetic resine of standard make with Aluminium fittings such as hinges, towerbolts, handle, cleat and sand blocks and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.91.2 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Providing P.C.C.M - 150 with nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20 mm to 6 mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering, mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position, vibrating, striking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.
