Removal of following all existing unserviceable wooden/steel components of furnitures carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the all joints, screwing, weldging/reveating, glueing, providing hinges,denting, applying putty for levelled surface, placing every part in-tact and painting / polishing including disturbed furniture, where ever applicable as per drawings complete all as specified and directed

Removing unserviceable handle and S&F CP handle 125 mm with nut and bolts as per drg.

Removing unserviceable locks and S&F lock (Make : Godrej) 6 lever as per drg.

Removing unserviceable locking device and S&F device including MS Rod rest all as per drg.

Adjustment of the existing shelves by providing new clamps removing unserviceable clamps all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable shutters and S&F new shutters made out of 1mm MS sheet as per drawing.

Removing the existing old unserviceable seat and back from the chair and re-upholstering with new Fabric containing material like Acrylic, Polyester, Poly viscose Poly propylene of colure as approved by GE on PU foam of 50mm 50 density fixed over 12mm commercial plywood all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.(Fabric shall be as per sample kept in yard).

CHAIR REVOLVING/CHAIR EXECUTIVE

Removing the existing old unserviceable seat and back from the chair and re-upholestering with new estry/Fabric/Leatherite Rexene cloth approved quality after providing cushion of 40mm 32 density PU foam of Make:Sleepwell/Kurl On fixed over 12mm commercial plywood all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Castor Wheel : Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel and S&F of New Castor wheel to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Handle : Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair and S&F new handlemade out of Black Integral Skin Polyurethene reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Bottom Base : Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out bottom base from the Chair. Supply and fix new Base to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match the original all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Gas lifting Hydrolic System : Removing the existing unserviceable Gas lifting Hydrolic System of various types from the Chair. Supply and fix new Gas lifting Hydrolic System to the chair in suitable pattern/model to match in original all as shown on drgs and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Replacement of old ply top and S&F new plywood top size 1980x900 mm , 12 mm thick commercial ply woodGrade ISI Marked Confirming to IS -303 (Make Green Ply/ Century/Archid) top including dismantling of old unserviciable top without disturbing the other parts, made to shape & size as shown on drawing and rounding the edges of ply shall be covered with half round beading of Ist class teak wood of size 12mmx6mm thick all round duly polished with french polish of best quality complete all as specifed and directed.

Replacement of old /unserviciable stiffner and S&F new stiffner of MS section 900mmx20mmx20mm x2mm with suitable semi circular nut bolts all as directed by Engr-in - charge. Before fixing stiffner shall be painted two coats with synthetic enamel paint Black over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable nuts & bollts 65 mm long , 5mm dia semi circular top with nuts & two washer complete all as specified and directed
