Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft / loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbles mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average, sectional area exceeding 100 and not exceeding 250 Sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, round or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end 12mm dia of neck exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10 cm long bolt with washer and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Re-straining / resecuring including making good staples, galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Supply only 3mm dia GI wire chain link fencing and line wire 75 x 75mm mesh size and any type of strand rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Weight of chain link fencing shall be decided by B.O.O.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered untreated surface and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - All plumbing works shall be laid or fixed as to be completely air tight or water tight as specified and Contractor will furnish its certificates towards air / water tight before completion of work under the Contract. NOTE NO 4: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
