Supply, Installation & Commisioning of Horizontal type, Multistage, Split casing Centrifugal pump of cast iron body and Bronz impeller with stainless steel shaft capable of pumping 55 LPS at 30 Meter head coupled with 22KW, 1400 R.P.M. squirrel cage induction motor TFFC type suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC Supply with IP55 Class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class 'F' insulation confirming to IS-325, M.S. fabricated common base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc as required all as directed.

Taking out/dismantling of centrifugal pumping set of capacity 400/2300/3500 LPM after disconnecting all electrical and pipe connection and removing of all nut, bolts from existing pump and motor and keep all in safe custody for refixing all as directed.

M&L for installation & Testing of pumping set as retrived in Item No-131.00(above) to the existing position, connecting all electrical clables, foundation, pipes and complete testing including necessary two coats of painting with synthetic enamelled paints after preparation of surface all as directed.

Demolition of concrete pump foundation un-reinforced of any description, taking out old and rusted grouting bolts of pump foundation after taking up carefully pump set and keeping aside for re-installation all as directed.

M&L for grouting in concrete bolts with nuts and washers of size 300 mm long 12 mm dia and anti vibration pad for pumping set and pump motor foundation all as directed.

M&L for taking out control panel of any type any size for pump set, disconnecting all electrical connections, unserviceable spare parts and refixing the same all as directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 25,579.75 (refer Tender Srl Page No 41). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
