Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris with in 50m lead including cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash Brick masonary with Flyash Bricks of 23cm.x 11cm.x 8cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including splays, cuttings, circular moldings, watering & curing for 7 days, cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Closed deep chipping/chiselling to roof ceiling and removing the debris within 50m lead with cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) finished smooth to brick masonry including racking out joints including watering, curing, cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentalling A.C / G.C.I sheet roofing after carefully removing the nuts including stacking the materials for re-use and removing the debris with in 50m lead, including cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing big six or trafford A.C.sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc., complete (Labour only)

Dismentalling & removing doors windows & ventilators including removal of frames, hinges, fastening & stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris with in 50m lead, including cost of all labour with T&P etc. Complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with Distemper of app. Shade including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
