Chair conference

Taking out unserviceable fron leg from existing chair conference with cushioned and S&F new front leg made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak Wood) to be fixed required size & shape all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out unserviceable front back from existing chair conference with cushioned and S&F new back leg made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak Wood) to be fixed required size & shape all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out unserviceable stiffner from existing chair conference with Cushioned and S & F new stiffner made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) to be required size all as specified and dierected by Engineer-in-charge

Taking our unserviceable front, rear and side rails from existing chair conference with cushioned and S&F new front leg made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) to be required size all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out unserviciable cushion with cover from seat from existing chair conference with cushioned and replacing the same with new approved quality cushion with cover of tapestry/ velvet cloth. Cushion shall be 32 density required size duly covered with velvet cloth (Rate of velvet cloth not less than @ Rs. 250/- per meter) make sleep well and shpe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

After repairing the wooden sruface of chair conference with cushioned one coat of french polish shall be applied for all wooden parts as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Revolving and tilting Executive medium back chair of size 515 x 515 x 800 mm high

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable materials i.e foam and cloth velvet etc from seat/back from chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back and supply and fixed 12mm th hot pressed ply wood upholstered withfabric and moulded polyurethane foam seat and back of chair revolving and tilting executive med back with change of new tapestry, rate of tepestry shall not be less than Rs. 250/RM with foam cushion shape/size/pattern as per old existing seat and back complte all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable base with wheel from chair revolving Exicutive med back and supply and fixing of new base with wheel as required tupe (i.e push or thread type) of chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and removing of old unserviceable hydraulic from chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back and supply and fixing of new hydraulic of chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and removing for old unserviceable PU arms from chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back and supply and fixing of new black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert it shall be scratch and weather resistant of chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of seat base including gas welding of chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L of one coat of enamel paint to be match as per old/existing colour wil be provided after making smooth surface of the steel frame complete all of chair revolving and tilting exicutive med back as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out of unserviceable side panel particle board from existing table conference 12 seater and S&F new side panel made out of 18 mm pre laminated paricle board shall be provided as required size shape and shade shall be approved by GE. New side panel shall be fixed on existing frame with scerws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L of nylone buffers at bottom of the legs shall be replaced all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

After repairing the wooden sruface of table conference 12 seater one coat of melamine/ french polish shall be applied for all wooden parts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint black after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and primer where ever required and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of old/broken flat iron from existing Chair Verandah steel and S&F new flat iron 38 x 3 mm of required length shall be welded with seat/Back of chair verandah Steel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Charpoy GI Nylon Newar/Charpoy GI Ply top {FD-220 & FD-220 (R)}

M&L for removing of damaged/broken long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade incl threading both sides all as specified in drg & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of old damaged/broken short rail from Charpoy and making of short rail from old u/s long rail retervied from ser item No 16.01 above incl threading both side & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing of old damaged/broken leg from charpoy and making leg from old u/s short rail retervied from ser item No 16.02 above incl threading, S&F 6mm MS plate in bottom and 25 x 3mm of MNF clamp (2 Nos each leg) to be welded with legs & fixing in charpoy GI Pipe all as specified in drg & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for tightening of loose charpoys after removing of US plywood from existing GI charpoy and S&F of New 12mm thick plywood, ISI Mark, BWR Grade of size 1980MM x 900MM by fixing with 10 nos nut and bolt of size 75 X 6 mm with GI washer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1. All iron work viz FI shall be painted with two coats of Silver paint with spray machine after removing old paint & making smooth surface. 2. Cost of these factor shall deemed to be included in rate quoted above and nothing extra shall be payable on this account
