Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT control panel board "out-door type" of size 1200 mm (height) x 1200 mm (breadth) x 350 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions), factory fabricated CPRI approved (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & high grade Copper bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape /sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick (for outer portions) & 2.00 mm thick (for inner portions) CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting angle iron frame of size 50X50X6mm fixed at 75 cm height from groud level & MC channel base suitable for 3 Phase, 4 wire system 415 /440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire including cable glands and lugs of suitable sizes with suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation , necessary earthwork (if any) complete all as specified & as directed with & including the following accessories :

(i) BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :(X-mer panel) The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos high grade Copper with rating should be suitable as per incoming Breaker, duly insulated with 1100 Volts grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry /exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables with the help of glands matching the existing LT cable sizes. INCOMING : (a) MCCB 4 Pole (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation, having breaking capacity 25 KA & of rating 100-125 Amps - 01 . (b) Onload changeover switch, open-execution modular construction type, confirming to IS/IEC 60947-3, rated current 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, AC - 01 No.

OUTGOINGS : (a) MCCB 4 Pole (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation, having breaking capacity 25 KA & of rating 63 to 80 A - 03 Nos. (b) MCB TPN "C" series having breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 40 to 63 Amps - 03 No. (c) MCB SPN "C" series having breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 40 Amps - 06 No.

INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM : (a) Digital type Multi-Function meter with built in selector Switch & 03 Nos CTs matching with the I/C breaker, Accuracy Class - 1.0, 3 phase, (b) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240 Volts) & cluster LED (Red, Orange, Blue) - 01 Set. (c) Danger notice plate of size 20 x 15 cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT conforming to IS-2551 - 02 Nos (Front & Back). (d) Door opening key - 02 Nos
