Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections. as per Morth Specification No. 301, Sr.No.-3.3 (In widening )

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (E/W Carted For 2Km. lead)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (In widening )Two Coat)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORTH Specification clause-406 (Two Coat)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared primed surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying Tack Coat at the rate of 0.25kg/ sqm. using mechanical means. as per MORTH Specification clause-503

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder V.G.-30 @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess, royality and all taxes. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 281

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in proportion of 4:2:1 Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess, royality and all taxes. required for proper completion of the work. As per S.I. No. 279(a)

M - 150 Brick work in 1:3 (one cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation & plinth Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess, royality and all taxes complete. required for propor complition of the work S.I. No. 307

Supply & Fixing of 350 mm. Dia NP-3 Hume pipe

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No. 284(a)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend hooks, and authorized overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. SI.No. 504
