Removing the existing unserviceable five pronged pedestal from Revolving Chair High Back, Godrej Model No 7000 and 7001D, supply and fix new five pronged pedestal Nylon black, of same make or techno commercially equivalent as approved complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable tilt locking system from Revolving Chair High Back, Godrej Model No 7000 and 7001D, supply and fix new 4 position adjustable tilt lock mechanism of same make or techno commercially equivalent as approved complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable deshaped/torn out tapestry cloth and cushion for seat from Revolving Chair High Back, Godrej Model No 7000 and 7001D, supply and fix new seat with 12mm thick hot pressed BWP plywood, moulded HR polyurethane foam cushion 45density and upholstered with plush fabric cloth of approved quality for seat complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable castor wheel from Revolving Chair High Back, Godrej Model No 7000 and 7001D, supply and fix new 50mm dia twin wheel castors injection moulded in black Nylon with hood, heavy duty capable of carrying 200Kg load on chair, complete all as directed.

Removing the unserviceable pneumatic gas lift from Revolving Chair High Back, Godrej Model No 7000 and 7001D, supply and fix new pneumatic gas lift (Pin cylinder) of same make or techno commercially equivalent as approved complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable connector plate from Revolving Chair High/Mid Back, Godrej Model No 7000, 7001D, 7002D and 7003D supply and fix new powder coated connector plate of same make or techno commercially equivalent as approved complete all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable deshaped/torn out tapestry cloth and cushion for seat from Revolving Chair Mid Back, Godrej Model No 7002D and 7003D, supply and fix new seat with 12mm thick hot pressed BWP plywood, moulded HR polyurethane foam cushion 45density and upholstered with plush fabric cloth complete all as directed.
