Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying coating of cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved inTechnical instruction 5/ 2003 as detailed hereunder:- (a) Applying 15 mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth wiithout using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. Note:- Supply only integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in suunken portion of slab, finished the surface even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), over and including 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof, to maintain desired slope, finished even and smooth to receive tiles/ APP membrane using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roofs, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron wire 4mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore, and watering pipe 25mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fixing white cover plate with modular base frame and powder coated modular sheet metal concealed box for 3 module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing white cover plate with modular base frame and powder coated modular sheet metal concealed box for 4 module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing white cover plate with modular base frame and powder coated modular sheet metal concealed box for 6 module, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 30,201.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
