Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and as directed

Removing building materials etc. outside the MoD land to a distance n exc 5 Kms. Note: Tenderer are advised to visit the site to ascertain the distance required and dumping place before quoting the rate.

Dismantling of fencing wire in any type all as specified and as directed. Note: Each row of fencing wire shall be measured.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any type all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or MS Work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out on Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Column between top of footing and bottom of plinth beam shall be measured under this item.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Tie Beam, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for steel formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for steel formwork to Tie beam, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc., rough finished complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for steel formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide rough finished complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth on fair faces of brickwork and concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars Fe500D, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars Fe500D, 5mm dia and over and upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections ISI marked as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note: The rate quoted is included for applying two coats of bituminous paint for the embedded portion of MS Section.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width and\or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of self primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix punched tape concertina coil of 610mm dia, openable/stretchable to 6.0m round type, 51 spirals, core wire made out of 2.5mm high tensile steel wire galvanised of tensile 1500 Mpa as specified in IS-4454 including necessary wire for fixing coil on the security/ compound wall on Y shape MS angle complete all as specified on drawing and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point
