Maintenance of garden includes up keeping of lawns/trees/shrubs/flowerbeds/edges/hedges/ground covers water pool, pond/Potted plants /Garden benches / play items and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge. (Area = 10500.00 M2 ) {10500 M2 X 24 Month =252000.00 M2 X 26 days = 6552000.00 M2

Supply of red earth or good garden earth free from stones, murrum, stubbles grass runners, other foreign material etc. is to be supplied at the site including royalty and carriage.The volume of the soil shall be reduced by 20% for voids.

Supplying of well decomposed FYM (dry cow dung manure) at site including royalty and carriage.The volume of FYM shall be reduced by 8% for voids.

Pruning of tree branches of the girth beyond 30 cm up to and including 60 cm girth (girth measured next to collar of the branch) and making logs by cutting of pruned branches and staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials.

Pruning of tree branches of the girth beyond 60 cm up to and including 120 cm girth (girth measured next to collar of the branch) and making logs by cutting of pruned branches and staking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials.

Supply of seedlings of seasonal flowering plants in a seedling tray or seedling cup.

Supply of agro shade net which cuts 50% light, green in colour.Size-3 mt. x 50 mt. Technical specification: Shade net made of 100% virgin HDPE or (Made from Tape Yarns) stabilized with ultra violet rays,75 GSM Shading-50%.

Supply of agro shade net which cuts 75% light, green in colour.Size- 6 mt.x 50 mt. Technical specification : Shade net made of 100% virgin HDPE or (Made from Tape Yarns) stabilized with ultra violet rays,75 GSM. Shading-75%.

Supply of agro shade net which cuts 50% light, white in colour.Size-4 mt.x 50 mt. Technical specification: Shade net made of 100% virgin HDPE or (Made from Tape Yarns) stabilized with ultra violet rays,75 GSM Shading-50%.

Cutting, clearing of grass, creepers, bushes and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 M. outside the periphery of the area cleared.(4400 M2 X 3 Operations/years.X 2 years=26400 M2).

Removal and disposal of garden waste (lead charges between 1 to 2 Km).(Truck-- 9 Tonne Capacity)
