Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres. [As per CSR-2020 item No.6.6]

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position. ( C) Tees angles & channels. [As per CSR-2020 item No.18.1-c]

Steel work in hip & jack rafters common rafters purlins etc. with angle cleats and other connecting plates.[As per CSR-2020 item No.18.2]

Structural steel work in angles, tees and flats, riveted including cutting fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, etc. with hoisting and erecting in position (a) For roof trusses, well curbs, plates and trussed girders, etc. of any span for buildings and bridges up to 15 m span. (Through Rate) [As per CSR-2020 item No.18.3-a]

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (a) 0.60 mm (+ 0.05 %) thick. [As per CSR-2020 item No.13.27 (ii) b]

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 (b) With stone aggregates 40mm gauge (ii) mixing by mechanically means using concrete mixer volumetric type.[As per CSR-2020 item No.10.6 (b)(ii)]

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (a) with stone ballast or shingle (ii) mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixture volumetric type. [As per CSR-2020 item No.10.13 (a) (ii)]

Floating coat of 1:5mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping. [As per CSR-2020 item No.14.4]

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. [As per CSR-2020 item No.16.20]

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade. [As per CSR-2020 item No.16.17]
