Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including Galvanised steel straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 31mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to GI earth lead strip of size 25X4.0 mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection pipe incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Fixing & laying GI tubing light grade 20 mm dia used aswater pipe or protection pipe for earth lead wire in earthing or alongwith pole / wall/ culvert / drainage etc for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All required items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc are incl in quoted rates.

Supply , Fixing & laying GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia used as protection pipe for earth lead strip in earthing or alongwith pole / wall/ culvert / drainage etc for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All required items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc are incl in quoted rates.

Supply , Fixing & laying GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc are incl in quoted rates.

Supply & fixing or laying in replacement HDPE (DWC) tubing outer dia not less than 50 mm fixing on poles, walls under floors, laying on surface etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The rates of required accessories, bend, joints etc are deemed to be included in quoted rates . (ii) The rate of clamps, nut-bolts and any other MS items for fixing on wall/surface are measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB TPN 250 Amps , 415 Volts, 35/36 KA ,4 POLE, overload adjustable short circuit adjustable type incl complete connection complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Each Run of line conductor shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Insulators if required are measured and paid separately.

S&F Busbar Chamber of size not less than 0.4m x 0.4m x 0.3m with set of 04 aluminium busbar 200 Amps rating each fixed on suitable insulators with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. Bus bar chamber will be fixed on 04 nos of legs made with MS Angle. Length of each leg will be not less than 0.6m. The Chamber shall be fixed more than 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.
