Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling brick tiles laid in single layer on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness, including leeping plaster (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof padding and like or mass concrete including weathering slight rounded and throating complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning roof surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for 3mm(minimum) thick APP film based polymeric membrance minimum weighing 3Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) and on primed surface by forced application along the length of 100mm lapping strip to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the roof by brooms complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for brick tiles (Except tiles) (using old serviceable tiles obtained from dismantling , after necessary cleaning of mortar from tiles) laid on and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for rotational moulded polythene, triple layers, water storage tank 500 Litres capacity, closed top, cylindrical, hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20mm bore PTMT ball valve epoxy coated minium weight 210gms with aluminium rod , including dismantling old unserviceable water storage tank of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for rotational moulded polythene, triple layers, water storage tank 1000 Litres capacity, closed top, cylindrical, hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20mm bore PTMT ball valve epoxy coated minium weight 210gms with aluminium rod , including dismantling old unserviceable water storage tank of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Dismantaling of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

All as per Srl item No.14 above but except bricks (old dismantled serviceable bricks obtained from Srl item No 2 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 using and including water proofing compound (WPC) 2% of weight of cement, and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing, 15mm bore alongwith connections fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing, 20mm bore alongwith connections fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Galvanised iron steel water tubing, 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Galvanised iron steel water tubing, 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal from site ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to walls with nut and bolt and clamps at every 2metres length, including all fittings , rubber ring joint & solvent complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing for 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to walls with nut and bolt and clamps at every 2metres length, including all fittings , rubber ring joint & solvent complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius With access door complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for prepration of newly plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (of shade as approved by GE ) over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered or cement concrete surfaces of roof including brooming or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and stopping vegetable spots etc and to get the smooth plain finished surface ; with and including applying two coats of Tarfelt LM (Liiquid membrane) (Ist coat with with Tarfelt Liiquid membrane @ 700gm/sqm of surfaces , and Second coat with with Tarfelt LM @ 700gm/sqm of surfaces over layer of Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh) over & including one coat of Primer with Tarfelt LM @ 400gm/sqm complete all specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Make: - STP/Dr Fixit/M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd/Pidilite India Ltd or equivalent firm approved by the E-in-Cs Branch Notes:- (i) The work shall be carried out by the approved applicator of the manufacturer as approved by the GE (ii) The work shall be carried out as given here in after :- applying priming by Slightly damp the surface, avoid standing Water. Prime the surface with Tarfelt LM mixed with potable water in the ratio 1:1 and apply @ 400 gms/sqm (as per surface condition). Allow the primer to touch dry in tacky position in open atmosphere. Thenafter apply 1st coat of Tarfelt LM (Liiquid membrane) having elongation 200% confirming to ASTM-C-412 & bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.5mm confirmin to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface is still tacky with consumption of 700 Gms/Sqm. lay Geotex of 45 GSM/Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. Allow the first coat to dry for 10-12Hrs. Apply 2nd coat of cured first coat with consumption @ 700 Gms/Sqm in opposite dierction of first coat by Brush or roller. Sprinkle sand @ 200Gm P/Sqm while the coating is stick to facilitate plastering for protection screed. Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs . (iii) The make of material and also applicator shall approved by the GE brfore execution of work
