Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulder, spoil and bushes/branches/twigs of trees by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as dumping yard as per requirement with a lead exceeding 2 km but not exceeding 3 km including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect to soil and 50% in respect to rocks from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually/ mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete by manually/mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures, including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4.5:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregate including machanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, leveling, shuttering, curing, dewatering if any, complete all as per specifications for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footing, floor drains, etc as directed by engineer incharge complete all as per specification.

Providing and laying cast in situ controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below, using 20 mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates, including weigh batching,charges for mixing and cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing, at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing, finishing smooth, of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintel, sunshade, getter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machin foundation, trench raft, trench cover slabs and all other structural elements including dewatering werever necessary all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the engineer incharge for all insitu item.Note: 1.The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges of mixing & cost of admixture.Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer - in -charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility.2.Test certificate of cement, procued from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the basis of use of 370Kg of cement per Cu.m concrete. Any upward ,downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing, cutting, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, binding and fixing in position all grades of steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe - 500 Grade steel confirming to IS 1786'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia with chairs etc in all reinforced cement concrete works, at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 complete as per specification. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping etc., with necessary bracings in all axrs to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixtures, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including suitable scaffolding,raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructre, etc, for the basement and ground floor.

Providing and constructing brick masonry 115mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt bricks including , scaffolding,raking out joints, curing complete as per specification and drawings for foundation, superstructre, etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. for the ground floor and basement.

Providing and laying the following sizes PVC water supply line 75mm outer dia PVC pipe with 'Finolex / Varun / True bore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/Sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering the external faces of Brick work / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 15 mm thick including hacking of concrete with pointed tool scafolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 65mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compactionFactory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, clour & pattern, including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand (coarse sand), filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechnaically etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Providing and applying kerb painting with paints grade-I (IS:164) complete as per the drawing and technical specifications clause 803 of MoRT&H technical specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bolts(of grade 8.8) including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements, as per specifications and drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge.
