Removing of existing unserviceable ply wood from GI Charpoy, tihghtening all components of GI Charpoy and supply and fixing 12mm thick plywood size 1980x900mm, BWR grade, conforming to the requirement of IS : 303-1989, commercial face both side including replacing 2 Nos of 25x5mm mild steel flat iron stiffener where required duly bolted with long rails at equal spacing. MS flat shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. 10 Nos flush headed bolts and nuts with washer shall be provided for fixing of plywood in the short rail/long rail with flat iron of suitable size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Edges of Plywood shall be smoothened all around and corners shall be rounded and smoothened as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. One coat of water resistant adhesive/marine grade fevicol shall be given to edges all around after smoothened the edges.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail of charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing long rail made out of 32mm bore mild steel galvanised pipe medium grade ISI marked. The end of the pipe shall be threaded as required for fixing with the charpoy. (Note :- Old serviceable long rail shall be kept in safe custody for re-used as short rail and legs and unserviceable GI Pipe shall be contractors property against credit.)

Taking out old unserviceable short rail from the frame and making short rail from old long rail obtained from serial item No-1.02 above by cutting serviceable part to required length, threading both end and fixing complete all as directed. (Note :- Old Unserviceable short rail shall be kept in safe custody for re-used as legs and unserviceale GI pipe shall be contrators property against credit).

Taking out old unserviceable GI legs from the frame and making legs from old long and short rail obtained from serial item No-1.02 & 1.03 above by cutting serviceable part to required length, threading one end, another end shall be covered with block of hard wood and fixing complete all as directed. Note :- Unserviceable GI pipe shall be contrators property against credit

Supply and fixing galvanised iron 3 way elbow 32mm bore, ISI marked, medium grade length not less than 65mm in each way including dismantling of old elbow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron check nut, 5mm thick suitable for 32mm bore galvanised iron pipe including dismantling of old unserviceable check nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MNF clamp made out of flat iron 25mm x 3mm welded to GI pipe legs with end closed with 3mm thick MS plate welded to the clamp and 5mm thick MS plate welded properly at the bottom of leg including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as sfecified and directed.

Supply & Fix new drawer made of Pre laminated Particle board 18/19 mm thick one side teak face other side white exterior grade incl providing 6mm thick hard wood beading including removing of existing unserviceable drawer complete all as specified and shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix telescopic channel for drawer including removing existing telescopic channel and all as specified and shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table office Clerk Steel including following items refer Drg No (FD-84/1004) :-

Supply & Fix new Top made out of prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm exterior grade duly fixed with 4mm thick hard wood beading all round including removing existing UNSV Top all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix new leg made out of square MS pipe 25 mm dia of 1.6 mm thick fix by contineous gas welding without damaging the other parts and match with the other parts including removing existing UNSV leg all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & Fix the new drawer by contineous gas welding without damaging the other parts and match with the other parts including removing existing UNSV drawers all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & Fix new brass locks including removing existing UNSV locks of drawer all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & Fix new stiffener made of 25 mm sq MS pipe 1.6 mm thick by contineous gas welding without damaging the other parts and match with the other parts including removing existing UNSV stiffener all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & Fix new hard rubber shoes including removing existing UNSV rubber shoe all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for welding to be done where required & grindig till smooth finish, removing of existing dent/fold upto reshaped and removing of old paints by scrubbing with sand/emery paper and repaint the table office clerk steel outer & inner portion by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints through spray gun till glossy shine over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Shade of paints applied on furniture as approved by the GE.

Material & Labour for removing existing unserviceable nylone newar from chair verandah and rewieving the chair (both seat & back) with 50mm wide 1st quality of nylone newar all as specified and shown on drawing No FD-256 or as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Material & Labour for removing existing unserviceable Seat & Back from chair verandah and refix the same with new PVC seat & back as shown in Drg. No. FD/MAP-II/06 complete all as specified & shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix new hard rubber shoes including removing existing UNSV rubber shoe all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge .
