Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc .

M&L for Brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lobour only for Brick work built in CM (1:6) with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with Reusing the old bricks obtained from item no 2 .

M&L for Brick work with sub-class 'B' burnt clay bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster .

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on fair face of brick or concrete surface,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete . Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of undecorated surface complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings,balconies canopies ,deck slabs and shelves and like complete all as specified .

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as in column, beam etc .

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs, such as roof slabs, floor slabs landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal & sloping) fair finished surfaces (Note- Steel props to be use).

Dismantling mild steel work of any description.

M & L for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders;Fencing, Framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work etc.all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over new surface and a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth all as specified .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not oherwise specifically provided for

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling , mass concrete complete all as specified .

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks for embeddings MS angle iron etc all as specified .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Yellow/red) coloured with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement & pigment laid in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones lime or sand stone of size 20 cm x 30cm,dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 40mm thick type B0 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in Jafri wall set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated sheeting of any description,guage,thickness,including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc

S&F pre -painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile stength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall , fixed with self tapping screw as specified .

Disconnecting existing tanks of (exc 500 &1000 litres in capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulated pipes etc for exc 500 &n exc 1000 ltr capacity Tank..

S&F in repair 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coat ed Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0mm-210gms)
