OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR MAINT AND UPKEEP MD AND OTM ACCN FOR GE EAST DELHI CANTT 10

Providing services on related to joinery work/ carpenter's work based on day to day complaints on all working days (except Sunday and gazetted Holiday) from 0900 hours to 1700 hours (Min 05 Nos Carpenter) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 05 Nos Carpenter on daily basis under the area of GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10 2. Necessary T&P, ladders, minor consumable/extras, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the Contractors. Quoted rates deemed to include above provisions 3. Work shall also be carried out in Multi storied MD Accn. 4. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Providing services on related to water supply & plumbing work based on day to day complaints on all working days (except Sunday and gazetted Holiday) from 0900 hours to 1700 hours (Min 08 Nos Plumber) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 08 Nos plumbers on daily basis under the area of GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. 2. Necessary T&P, ladders, minor consumable/extras, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the Contractors. Quoted rates deemed to include above provisions 3. Work shall also be carried out in Multi storied MD Accn 4. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Providing services on related to plaster ,refixing of tiles ,pointing of roof ,repair to jambs of doors,windows ,copings,chajjas etc work based on day to day complaints on all working days (except Sunday and gazetted Holiday) from 0900 hours to 1700 hours (Min 05 Nos of Mason) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 05 Nos Mason on daily basis under the area of GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. 2. Necessary T&P, ladders, minor consumable viz welding rods/extras, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the Contractors. Quoted rates deemed to include above provisions 3. Work shall also be carried out in Multi storied MD Accn 4. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Providing services on related to to internal electrification for ensuring continuity of electric supply including repair & maint on all working days (including Sunday and Holiday) in two shifts by deploying minimum 05 Nos Electrician and 05 Nos Helper. First shift shall be from 0800 from 1700 hours and 2nd shift shall be from 1700 hrs to 0200 hrs. Note :- 1. The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 05 Nos Electrician and 05 Nos Helper on daily basis in the area of GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. 2. Necessary T&P,ladders, minor consumable/extras, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the Contractors. 3. Work shall also be carried out in Multi storied MD Accn. 4. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Providing services on related to carpentry work,plumbing work,Meson work,and Electrician work etc by deploying unskilled (Minimum 17 Nos Labour/Helper/Sweepers) on all working days to assist Skilled manpowers complete all as specified and directed Note :- 1. The above task shall be carried out by deploying minimum 17 Nos unskilled Labour/Helper /Sweepers on daily basis in the area under GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. 2. Necessary T&P, ladders, minor consumable/extras, equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the Contractors. 3. Work shall also be carried out in Multi storied MD Accn. 4. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Providing Services of 03 Nos computer operator /Supervisor cum data entry operator for data entry services incl monitoring of complaint,maintaining data, transfering inputs in the relevant registers etc on all working days (except Sunday and gazetted Holiday) from 0800 hours to 1700 hours under the jurisdiction of GE (East), Delhi Cantt complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The computer/data entry operator / Supervisor shall in possesion of diploma in Civil/Mech/ Elect Engineering /Graduate with compuer certificate . 2. All replaceble material shall be issued from MES store.

Note for bidder:- 1. Security Deposit @ 10% of total quoted amount in addition to Performance Security @5% of accepted amount shall be deposited by the contractor before placing of work order by GE. 2. Attention of bidder is invited to periodical variation in minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/State Govt (Whichever is more) from time to time, the rates quoted by bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of any such variation and the contractor shall pay the wages as notified by Govt during the execution of contract. Reimbursement/recovery would be admissible for taxes directly related to contract value as covered under Special Condition 28.
