S&F for joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410 W(Gde- E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described including preparation of new surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (G+2 roofs) aura coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished machine cut Kota stone slab (Mirror finish) flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including cement screed base 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished machine cut Kota stone slab (Mirror finish) 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for pre polished green marble work 18 to 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, cupboards and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including roughening/complete scarification of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.
