PRICE SCHEDULE (This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only ) The lowest bidder will be decided after considering the quoted value in totality, along with the following: CASE-1: Wherein, same/equal bids received from two or more bidders i.e. resulting more than one L-1 bidder. "In such situations, For the determination of L-1 bidder, all the bidders quoted same lowest rates shall be called for and decision sahll be taken through a transparent lottery system in presence of all the bidders".
