Strengthening of damaged and loosened wall cladding stones using anchor bolts at Main Snacks Counter Laws in CDRI New Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping round, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.: With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing expandable dash fastener (Double threaded screw made of GI Countershunk head amd sleeve made of polymide PA6 Grade) of 10 mm dia of HILTI or equavalent make including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry/ stone etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge all complete. Sample to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge of the work before execution at site. 10 x 160 mm

Providing and fixing expandable dash fastener (Double threaded screw made of GI Countershunk head amd sleeve made of polymide PA6 Grade) of 10 mm dia of HILTI or equavalent make including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry/ stone etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge all complete. Sample to be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge of the work before execution at site. 10 mm dia x 180 mm long

Providing and fixing stone cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to wall or like surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and/ or with the help of cramps, pins, expandable dash fastners (10 mm dia x 100/150 mm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge of Hilti or Bosch make) etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The stainless steel cramps and pins and dash fastners etc. shall be paid for separately).: Red sand stone - 40mm thick gang saw cut stone

Providing and fixing stone cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to wall or like surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and/ or with the help of cramps, pins, expandable dash fastners (10 mm dia x 100/150 mm as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge of Hilti or Bosch make) etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The stainless steel cramps and pins and dash fastners etc. shall be paid for separately).: White sand stone - 40mm thick gang saw cut stone

Extra for stone work for fixing on exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part there of.

Providing edge moulding upto 40 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Sand stone work
