REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FANS AND GEYSERS OF OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE E/M-II OF GE(N) MAMUN

Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing incl replacement of PVC fan box round sheet and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3core 0.50Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm sweep any make with super enameled colour copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with F class insulation paper with threading complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Total weight of winding wire should not be less than 200gm. Make of winding wire: BIC/ Devidyal or equivalent make as per command approved list.

All as per Srl item No 02 here-in-above but for size 1400mm sweep.

Servicing of Exhaust fans of size upto 450mm sweep including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws of suitable size and ensuring fan blades screwed properly before refixing and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor od size 3core 0.50Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of exhaust fan motor 200/300mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 5 above but of size 450mm sweep.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable gun metal bush of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5 mfd with copper wire terminal incl PVC clamp complete all as specified. Make: Havells/Epcos/Usha.

All as per Srl item No 8 Above but of rating 3.15mfd.

All as per Srl item No 8 Above but of rating 4.0mfd.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable ball bearing of size 6201. Make:- SKF or NBC or any other equivalent

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.0mm suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 15 above but suitable for ceiling fan 1400mm.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan down rod of length 30cm made of MS tubing of suitable dia, heavy duty complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 17 above but of length 45cm.

Supply and fix in replacement ceiling fan PVC canopy of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of casing (upper and lower) for housing ceiling fan motor of size required at site for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep made out of powder coated CRCA sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of type, make and colour as of existing exhaust fan suitable for size 300mm sweep complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 22 above but of size 450mm sweep.

Taking down carefully geyser 35 to 50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc for repairing and replacement of unsv spare-parts such as NRV, safety valve, pressure release vlave,neon indicator lamp, thermal insulation material fire resistant fiber glass wool incl descaling of rust and rubbish material from the inner tank and refixing in same position incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Spare parts/ items other than specified will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All as per Srl Item No 24 above but capacity upto 25 ltrs.

Supply only for replacement of thermostat ISI marked suitable for geysers upto 50 Ltrs Capacity of type as per site requirement. The adjustable range shall be 0 - 75 degree celsius complete all as specified an directed.

Supply only for replacement replacement of old unserviceable 6 Hole syphon assembly made out of Stainless steel suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity geyser including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Theeta, Elcon, Heatking

All asper Srl item No 27 above but for 9Hole assembly.

Supply only for replacement of heating element titanium coated ISI Marked of 1.5 KW rating round or triangular incl rubber washers suitable for water heater storage of size 25/50Ltrs complete all as specified . Make: Theeta, Elcon, Heatking

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel Internal tank for vertically mounted geyser 25 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to withstand water pressure of 8bar.

All as per Srl item No. 32 above but 50 Ltr capacity.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with GI hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (300mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed make as approved.

All as per item Srl No 33 above but of length 450mm.

Supply only for replacement Outer container made out of 14 guage CRCA sheet duly painted for water heater storage type of capacity 25 ltrs incl bottom cover complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 35 above but for 35 to 50 ltrs cap.

M&L for carbon steel anchor bolts, nut and washer of size 12mm dia & 80mm length by grouting in wall complete for mounting Geyser of any size all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of Ventillating fan of sweep 250mm sweep incl cutting hole or square section of suitable size on existing wall fixing ventillating fan with suitable size of nuts bolts, connecting with 3core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Exhaust fan louver round shaped made of MS steel sheet for exhaust fan of size 250mm or 300 sweep and fixing on wall by means of suitable size of screws incl taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No 43 above but for size 450mm sweep.

M&L for replacement metal clad plug and socket 20Amps 2P+E complete all as specified. Make : HPL/L&T/Anchor

Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring ( light/fan/Bell/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets, Bracket /sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (ISI marked) with all accessories including sheet steel /CI terminal box of adequate size having thickness not less than 2 mm including 3mm thick backlite/masonite sheet including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable earth conductor connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified as directed.

All as per item No 47 before but using 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) multistranded copper conductor cable & 2.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth conductor ( green colour) for one 6 pin socket outlet 15Amp multi purpose independent point controlled by 15 Amp switch SP, one way, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 97,668.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
