Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres in all kinds of soil

P/L Stone soling (Quarry) in foundation trenches 75 mm nominal size duly hand packed with ramming, dressing, watering and compacting including all leads and lifts, loading unloading, complete.

P/L in position plain cement concrete of M-10 (1:3:6) grade and a required thickness of 100 mm as mud mat all works upto Plinth level (Crushed Aggregates 40 mm nominal size) incl carriage etc

Providing Laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete of Grade M 20 (1:1.5:3) mix excluding the cost of centering / Shuttering all works upto Plinth level in walls, pillars, columns, piers, beams, suspended floors etc upto floor V level with 20 mm nominal size aggregates incl. carriage cost of all materials etc .

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of formwork all complete.

Providing and fixing of 65mm dia G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. (external work).

Carriage of material viz Sand, bajree etc by M/T for an average lead of 10Kms from source to site of work including loading, unloading-complete.
