Repair rewinding of submersible pumpset of PH No 05, Monoblock pumpset of Saraswati Koop and connected wks for installation of New Centrifugal pump set at Fort Cantt Allahabad

Lifting and taking out complete submersible pump set 41 HP along with the any size of column pipes with the help of chain pulley block from borewell after disconnecting electrical & water connections with safety precaution from panel, disconnecting from suction and delivery pipe lines, disconnecting column pipes,examine electric cable to ensure its actual condition and jointing the cable, re-assembling and lowering pump with column pipe & motor into bore well complete, connecting, testing and commissioning alongwith connected items such as mild steel column pipe with nylon rope, cable, re-fixing with new nuts & bolts, rubber packing for smooth functioning inclusive in unit quoted rates, with proper alignment and making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Following spare parts of pumpset will be replaced under item No-01 as mentioned above :-

Replacement of motor thrust plate.

Replacement of counter thrust ring.

Replacement of cir clip for thrust plate.

Replacement of motor thrust bearing.

Replacement of 'O' ring kit and water seal

Replacement of Stainless steel sleeeves for rotor.

Replacement of motor upper and lower housing bush.

M&L for ,straightening of Rotor shaft through hydraulic pressure machine.

M&L for repairing of Rotor shaft through brass,straightening, welding,grinding, polishing and making key grooves.

Replacement of gun metal bowl body bush.

Replacement of lower body bush.

Replacement of gun metal neck ring of impeller.

Replacement of bowl body.

Replacement of Stainless steel sleeeves for pump.

M&L for rewinding 41 HP motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and size including all other winding material such as leatheriest paper, tapes, sleeves etc and suitable size bearing , if required including and testing complete for smooth functioning and satisfied by Engineer-in-Charge & reassembling and re-fixing with true alignment and testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transportation of submersible pump set capacity 41 HP from pump house to workshop for carry out necessary repair work and transporting it back to site of water supply installation.

S&F for replacement jointing the submersible cable by means of jointing material & making the leak proof jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 100mm dia MS pipe 0.32 mtr long with both end welded with 100mm dia flange.

S&F in repair 100mm dia MS pipe1.67 mtr long with both end welded with 100mm dia flange.

S&F in repair 100mm dia MS pipe 0.94 mtr long with both end welded with 100mm dia flange.

S&F in repair 100mm dia MS bend with both end welded with 100mm dia flange.

Material & labour for laying, jointing and testing 150mm cast iron water pipes with flanged ends vertically cast, class 'A' conforming to IS, in any length, including nut,bolts,washers and packing material complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Reducer nipple 150mm x 125mm dia, one end welded with150mm dia flange and other end welded with 125mm dia flange.

S&F in repair CI Foot valve 150mm dia complete with rubber packing (01 No) and nut,bolts and washer (08 Nos) of suitable size.

S&F in repair PVC Foot valve 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair submersible cable heavy duty PVC insulated and sheathed 25 sqmm size 3 core conductor flat fully water proof 1100 volt grade for connection of new centrifugal pumpset of cap 41 HP, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of directly operated thermal overload relay range 28-42 Amp.

Disconnect the electric connection and lifting of 25 HP submersible pumpset from UG sump, fixing the CI pipe in the sump complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Foundation bolt 5/8'' x 6'' long.

M& L for dismantling of old PCC Foundation through hammer drill machine.

M& L for new PCC Foundation of 40 HP centrifugal pumpset complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Rubber/Fibre board gasket of size 150 mm bore for flanged pipes and fittings including provision of bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Rubber/Fibre board gasket of size 100 mm bore for flanged pipes and fittings including provision of bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Rubber/Fibre board gasket of size 125 mm bore for flanged pipes and fittings including provision of bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting the electric connection of unserviceable monoblock pump with motor from Saraswati koop, transporting to work shop for repair, disconnecting the all electric & mechanic connection from pump with electric motor single phase, 240 volts, 50 c/s of capacity 1.0 HP of electric motor of any make from the set, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size including all other winding material such as leatheriest paper, tapes, sleeves etc, including varnishing, heating, drying and also repair/ replacement of spare parts of pumpset and testing complete for smooth functioning & reassembling and re-fixing with true alignment and testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Suply and fix in replacement Gun-metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 20mm bore.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing for 20 mm bore of galvanized steel water tubes, 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanized with fittings & accessories such as Tee,elbow,bend,socket,reducer etc, laid in trenches including taking out old/ unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Rotational moulded Polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 250 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (i) Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items. (ii) The quoted rate sum will be arrived after deducting amount of Schedule of credit from the total amount of the BoQ.
