Providing Modular OT PCGI Seamless Panel arrangements for Broad Speciality Block at MGMGH at Trichy in Trichy District. (Second call)

CEILING SYSTEM : PCGI SEAMLESS PANEL. The ceiling seventy should be made up of PCGI seamless modular clean room 50mm only) thick ceiling panel one side PCGI and other side epoxy painting filled with PUF with antifungal coatings. The vendor shall be responsible to integrate then air conditioning duct of the ceiling system with the existing outlet of AHU and the individual panels except those at the edges should be removable individually. The all four corners should have return air duct outlets and grill and the same should be made for powder coated steel with the color choice to suit the hospitals choice.The ceiling material should be certified according to the EN (European standards).

WALL PANELLING SYSTEMS -PCGI SEAMLESS PANEL. The inner surface walls should be fixed to the bricks wall withessential supports. There should be minimum possible cavity/gap in between the brick wall and Supplying and fixing of PCGI seamless modular clean room 50mm thick wall panel both side PCGI filled with PUF and other side epoxy painting/ PU antifungal and anti microbial coatings. The distance between the inside and the outside surfaces of the operating room will be variable to suit the architect's layout, but shall be sufficient for the flush mounting of equipment's. Following BS1142 part 3 (British Standard). The individual wall panels will be spot-welded/ Grid together at equal intervals to render equal support to the panels. Spot welding will be properly grinded / grid will be fixed properly to make the surface leveled. All joints will be filled with metal filler and sanded flush onsite ready to receive, plastic, finish. Wall panel's joints will be invisible after the final wall coating is applied. The cavity between the inner and outer walls will be left with minimum obstruction for the possible addition of equipment's, enabling services, pipes, conduits etc., to be run within the cavity.All wall mounted equipmenit's will be flush mounted and sealed into theatre. The wall panel design and construction should allow for the installation and support of all equipment's and should provide provision of openings required for the installation, without affecting rigidity and strength....Access boxes will be fitted to the rear of all wall mounted equipment to enable maintenance to be carried out from outside the Operating room. All the sharp edges and corners will be rounded to avoid bacterial growth. The internal surfaces of the room wall will be sprayed with antimicrobial water based liquid plastic, wall glazed or equivalent, Epoxy Painted approved by the client to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns. Epoxy coating will overlap the floor covering, celing surface. system andEpoxy door coating will be non-reflective and the color choice frames by 25 mm to provide a continuous sealed should suit OT finish. External walls, surfaces and trims shall require no maintenance for up to 25 years in normal condition,other than for occasional washing down with mild detergents.

Access boxes will be fitted to the rear of all wall mounted equipment to enable maintenance to be carried out from outside the Operating room. Providing Stainless Steel Cornice Work for Ceiling & Wall Panel arrangement. The cornice shall be made of Extruded Aluminium section method with the radius of 70mm(R 70) carvings for the entire wall to Ceiling. The rate includes cost of all materials, Labour Charges and fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing Supplying and fixing in position of Modular Operation theatre door of size 1.5x2.4 mtr. The Door Frame shall be Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame. The door panel shall be made of 0.80mm thick Stainless Steel of 304 grade and packed with Polyurethane Puf. Glass arrangement shall be fixed in position for vision. Necessary fittings such as Door closure, D type handles, ball bearing butt hinges and concealed automatic door bottom seal shall be fixed. The rate includes transportation, labour charges, drilling the wall wherever necessary with power drills to the extent required and make the damaged portion to good condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. The door should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work Size:1.5*2.4 mtr ( Double Door)

Manufacturing Supplying of PASS BOX of size 750x750x750mm. The box shall be made of stainless steel 304 grade with Two sides Glass panel door to view. The box shall includes UV germicidal lamp ( automatic ON when the door is closed), Fluorescent lamp(automatic ON when the door is opened), Electromagnetic door locking system, SS Handle, Hinges and Light indicators, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Single Arm Pendent Mounted on Ceiling Height as directed by the Departmental Officers. All items are MS Powder coated. The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges, dismantling and re-doing masonry to original condtion, painting of masonry works taxes including tranports, risk allowance, scaffolidng etc., complete and as per IS Code 12827 / 1989 & ISO 7396/1987 Specification
