Demolition of stone slabs and tiles (floor, dado & skirting) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar incl removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 KM and n. exc 5 KM all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and incl removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 KM and n. exc 5 KM all as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar removing serviceable blocks to store and removal of unserviceble debris to a distance exc 1.5 KM and n. exc 5 KM all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 sqm each incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) incl all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls /ceilings built in cement mortar, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. to receive plaster and removal off rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite slab work (of any type and colour) (table rubbed and polished) in Flooring, steps tread, jambs etc in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), 20 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No.10 above but on vertical surfaces of dado,skirting, risers, pillars etc laid over and including rendering/ backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1 : 3) complete all as specified and as directed.
