Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like, digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hooks one set. Earthing terminals two nos complete with over load/short circuit phase sequence protection and testing as per ( IS-2026) all as specified and directed.

The cost of excavation pit in hard/disintegrated rock and other require work at site for errecting the chemical earth shall be deemed to be incl in the item rate.
