Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of drains, under culverts, hume pipes etc including removing of mud, vegetables, shrubs etc and removing the spoil retrieved during cleaning to a distance beyond 500m and upto total distanceof 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and bed of drains, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 5.00 above but except bricks etc (Old bricks retrieved from Ser item No - 1.00 shall be reused after cleaning) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than 1/2 brick thick) built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 35 mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete as in posts to RCC jali, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match in cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 as in cover slabs over drain/manholes etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in Ground floors/PCC Path/Plinth Protection and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete/ base to interlock tile/Chequered tile etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor laid in alternate bays, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/path with grey cement and pigment to match, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60mm thick, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 80mm thick, any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old stone/concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate colours if required at site), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 27.00 herein before but including ornamental and intricate design complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick mild steel black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing, wire mesh/ barbed wire, any type, from fencing post (RCC or Steel) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, and removing surplus soil not exceeding 50m and making good surface in loose/soft soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting i.e flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI chain link fencing of any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only GI chain link fencing of any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or Square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire with staples or steel, including dismantling of barbed wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping of interlock tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like over and including cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection of garbage bins etc, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.
