Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete.

Excavating in trenches exc 1.5m wide but exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0m deep for foundation of poles strut/stays etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping & the like etc. including weathering slightly rounded/chamfered angle with & including necessary use & waste of form wk for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
