Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including all leads, lift and carriages)

Tucking of floor for making surface rough and preparing the surface for laying of floor tile including disposal of rubbish /malwba from site of work to dumping site beyond the school

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mmthick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60 (Double charged) make Kajraria,Rak

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Decorative Painting which include Beautification of wall by the way of Alphabet writing, Drawing, Slogan Writing, Etc. All complete Job including Labour & Material.

Supplying and Digging, carring by lorry,filling RBM as per lines cross sections, grade and camber including watering and consolidation in layers with 8-10 tonne power road roller complete (Finished work including material and labour) with carriages, lead, lifts loading and unloading complete.
