Taking down/out defective / unserviceable centrifugal multistage Pump set of capacity 75HP/50HP from base frame by unscrewing nuts and bolts, disconnecting all electric connections and pipe lines etc.,shifting pump and motor outside building carefully transporting to Siliguri workshop for necessary repair/overhauling work and transporting back to pump house including reinstallation and testing after connecting all electrical and pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of defective / unserviceable 75HP pump set, segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning/washing of serviceable parts, checking functional accuracy, clearance, wear & tear using different measuring equipments and by approved method, replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump set including painting of pump, motor and base frame with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Costing of necessary nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, lubricating materials and other consumable materials are included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts as required required to be replaced will be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.

Supplying and fixing in repair, including jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of Size 80 mm bore, confirming to IS 5312, PN 1.6 flanged ends with nuts bolts, washers complete including taking out old unserviceable CI non return valve all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Fixing in repair, including jointing and testing of cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel / brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/out 75HP pump set from base frame by unscrewing nuts, bolts, all electric and water connections keeping pump set in safe custody, demolition of existing PCC foundation, removing demolished PCC material, cleaning and material & labour for making new PCC foundation using M-20 (1:1.5:3) with 40mm graded stone aggregate,fixing of new foundation bolts using template of the base frame. After proper curing of the PCC foundation reinstallation of base frame and pump set, aligning, necessary electric and water connection complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and maintaining pumping installation by, tightening the gland of pump replacing rubber coupling bushes at Jhora Pump house- 3 Nos pump sets of Capacity 75 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and maintaining pumping installation by , tightening the gland of pump replacing rubber coupling bushes complete at Jalapahar Pump house- 2 Nos pump sets of Capacity 50 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and maintaining pumping installation by tightening the gland of pump replacing rubber coupling bushes complete at Aloovari Pump house- 02 Nos Pump sets of capacity 75HP complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of 50HP/75 HP Motor and heat varnishing motor winding and after reassembling motor including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gland packing for pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only grease for pump complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs pressure gauge 100 mm size jelly filled, with suitable cock and raiser pipe with fitted to delivery side of pump set complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantaling the rolling shutter for servicing & greezing, complate and refixing in the position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than Chlorine Gas and Stronger than bleaching powder and Calcium Hypochlorite. Packing in 45 Kgs in plastic Drums complete all as specified and directed. Make Rayalseema, Brand Pure chlorine or approved make conforming to Indian Standard.

M&L for preperarion steel tank surface by sand blasting to remove loose scale from the surface. If sand blasting is not possible, abrading with coarse emery paper is recommended. The surface is to be clean with Rust converter to remove rust from steel surface and dry the surface by using drier before application of Coat ZP for tank capacity 20000 Gln complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for application of Coat ZP by means of stiring the Hardener and Resin individually with drill mixer of proper size. Then add the entire content of the hardener into Resin container and stir the two components thoroughly using a low speed mixer for about 2 to 3 Minutes until a uniform color of the mixture is obtained. One coat of Coat zp need to apply above steel surface of tank both side ( Inside and outside) for tank capacity 5000 Gln complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rearm Tar coating After through mixing of a Base and Hardener, the mixed material is applied by brush on the steel or concrete substrate. Since the pot-life is very short, application must be done very quickly. The second coat is applied when the first coat is tack-free( Inside of tank application) for tank capacity 20000 Gln complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for leakage proofing coating which consist of two coats of Aqua Arm coat by means of taking a clean container of volume approx. 2 liters., stiring the Base and Hardener thoroughly in their individual packs to achieve uniform consistency. Pour the base and hardener into the clean container. Mix base and hardener up to a smooth, paste-like material. After proper mixing of the base and hardener, add 500 ml water into the properly mixed paste. Mix the total mass up to a brush able consistency. Apply the first coat of mixed quantity of Aqua Arm Tank Coat by brush. Allow it for 6 to 8 hrs. Allow it to cure completely for 24 hours before applying second coat of Aqua Arm Tank Coat. The treatment of Aqua Arm Tank Coat can also be kept open, as the product possesses the non-toxic property. In such situation allow it to cure for minimum 3-4 days prior to storage of the water for tank capacity 20000 Gln complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
