Manufacturing at site & placing of sofa set (one three seater (The inner frame shall be of seasoned teak wood (finished). The main 4 Nos. vertical support (legs) shall be of section 75mm x 38mm and it shall be made curved at top by fixing 90mm x 25mm pieces at top. The arms shall be 100 mm wide made from 3 wooden sections of 35mm x 30mm for making round arms supported on horizontal members of section 35mm x 25mm. The secondary supports for resting of springs shall be of three rows of 50mm x 25mm. Bottom frame shall consist of 4 Nos horizontal members of section 75mm x 38mm. The middle frame shall be consist of 4 Nos. horizontal members of section 50mm x 35mm. The inner frame for resting of seat shall be of section 50mm x 35mm (below the arms) fixed with member of section 35mm x 25mm. The inner frame for resting of back shall be of 45mm x 25mm two members fixed with each other. Front side of top members shall be 50mm x 40 mm & bottom member shall be 75mm x 40mm. Cotton padding, coir fibre and hession cloth spread over the springs shall be tied with wooden battens of size 50mm x 35mm. Two slanting / horizontal supports on back shall be of 50x38mm. The top horizontal members of back shall be of curved shaped two members jointed together of section 45mm x 35mm and 45mm x 35mm. Top of back legs shall be made curved with extra sections of 100mm x 70mm x 50mm. Resting members at four corners shall be angle in shape of size 150mm x 150mm and of section 40mm x 50mm and as per approved drawing and sample at site. Two extra vertical member of size 50 mm x 35 mm equally spaced shall be jointed with two horizontal members of section 35mm x 50mm. Total 36 Nos. 15 cm. long springs for 3 seater in three rows. Similarly 12 Nos. 100 mm springs shall be provided on the back of 3 seater Sofa in one rows. All spring to be supported on wooden battens of size 50 x 25 mm in each row. Bottom to be provided with necessary padding of cotton and coir fibre etc. and covered with jute canvas/hession cloth as well as bottoms of seat to be covered with markin cloth and SS wiremesh 304 grade. Cushion shall be 3 Nos. each of size 559 mmx533 mm or 1 No. seat of size 559mm x 1600mm of 100mm thickness PU foam of 40 kg/cum density make of MM foam/ sleepwell make and should be covered with 25mm thick 32 kg/cum density foam alround1st layer. 50mm thick 32 kg/cum density foam shall be provided in back and side of the sofa (three seater) complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge and finally covered with tapestry cloth for which the cost should not be less than Rs.1000.00 per metre (MRP) of D-Decor or GMF as per the approved sample. Item includes all material i.e. Cotton padding, coir fibre and hession cloth PU foam, S.S. wiremesh etc. and upholstery cloth any other petty materials such as thread, stapler, nails/SS stapler pins, bostic (neosol) etc. The sofa frame shall be supplied in finish condition except fixing of upholstery cloth will be done after approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per requirement of Hon'ble Member of Parliament. The main joints shall be of tongue and groove. (The contractor must inspect the sample of the items available at enquiry office before quoting the rate.)

Providing, & fixing Sheer curtain length upto 2.75 mtr. finished legnth and width 1.35 to 1.40 mtr. (finished) i/c Sheer curtain cloth of make D DECOR-ASTER (Comp. Polyster 100% with embroidery & GSM-180gm) or GM Fabric (Comp. Polyster 100% with embrodery & GSM-180gm) without lining having minimum fold of 15 cm at bottom & 10 cm at top including buckram, tape, thread, S S clips (complete set made in Stainless steel) of approved quality including steam ironing, dehanging the old curtains & depositing the same with JE-in-Charge (lining cloth shall be supplied free of cost by the department) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The finished length of curtain shall be measured for payment purpose).

Extra for providing blackout lining of approved quality over curtains complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The finished length of curtain shall be measured for payment purpose).

Providing and placing of out door garden/balcony Patio Setting set 1+2 (Two chair & One Round table set with glass) of brand Unique, Dreamline or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
