SPL REP (FUR) FOR CONVERSION OF CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLON NEWAR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY WOOD TOP FOR CERTAIN CENTRE UNDER GE(CENTRAL) BANGALORE

Amount

Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI Charpoy (FD-220) and dismantling the charpoy frame, stacking the serviecable/unserviceable parts separately complete all as directed.

Modification of long rail obtained from the above item No 1 (GI Charpoy (FD-220) and preparing two short rails including threading both end complete all as directed.

Modification of short rail obtained from the above item No 1 (GI Charpoy (FD-220) and preparing two legs including threading one side and other side welded with 3mm thick 50mm dia MS plate and provided two M S clamp made out of 25x 3mm flat iron including painting to the bottom leg & MS clamp complete all as directed.

Supply only new GI Elbow 3 way 32mm dia bearing ISI marked suitable for GI Charpoy (FD-220) complete all as directed.

Supply only new check nut GI 32mm dia, 6mm thick suitable for (GI Charpoy (FD-220) complete all as directed.

Supply only new GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade bearing ISI marked cut to length for long rail of 1980 mm long for GI Charpoy (FD-220) both ends duly threaded complete all as directed. Note : Long rail shall single piece without joint. Make :- Tata/ Jindal/ Prakash

Assembling the charpoy GI frame with the serviecable parts obtained from item No 1 above ,new parts and modified parts obtained from item S.No 2 to 6 including provision of 12 mm thick plywood (7 Ply) commercial (MR Grade) duly ISI marked, of size 1980 x 900 mm and rounded edges on four corners fitted with GI bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) and fixing complete incl 02 Nos flat iron 40 x 5 mm to be welded between long rails . The welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and finished with two coat of synthetic enamal black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire flat iron complete all as directed.

Removing the unserviecable nylon newar from GI Charpoy (FD-220) and providing new 12 mm thick plywood (7 Ply) commercial (MR Grade) duly ISI marked, of size 1980 x 900 mm and rounded edges on four corners fitted with GI bolts & nuts 6 mm dia 75 mm long with washers 3 mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) complete incl 02 Nos flat iron 40 x 5 mm to be welded between long rails . The welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and finished with two coat of synthetic enamal black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire flat iron complete all as directed.
