Civil Work:-Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M- sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 (This Rate Is Applicable Only If Work Is Done During Night)

For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers, raft beam, raft slab etc.

For Plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
