Collection and stacking of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for Inter coat from approved quarry including royality octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required templete after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for Top coat from approved quarry including royality octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required templete after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of stone dust of approved quality and quarry for soling, inter and top coat consolidation.

Consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for Inter coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading also including cost of earth used for binding purpose and making medhies to retain water and ramming also including carriage of metals and T&P etc; required for proper completion of the work.The stone ballast will be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for Top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading also including cost of earth used for binding purpose and making medhies to retain water and ramming also including carriage of metals and T&P etc; required for proper completion of the work.The stone ballast will be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site.

Water allowance for consolidation of 45-63 & 22.4 -53 mm gauge stone ballast between 15 Nov. to 31st May.

Bitumen Tack coat over painted surface @ 0.20 kg/sqm. Including cost of Bitumen maintenance of side parties and completion of work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producting an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 compete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producting an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 compete in all respects.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastice material by fully/ semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on roa surface including cost of material, labour T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing 3M USA Brand road paverment marker area 200 (CAT EYES) board make of polycarbonate with economically waked parametrically retro reflective lines on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet & dry condition with 3M bitumen adheesive BT-59/9M epoxy as per MORTH.
