EXTERNAL SERVICES ( ROAD, PATH & CULVERT, HARDSTANDING)

Demolition of cement concrete/PQC of existing pavements (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position of runway or pavements and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick clean dry sand cushioning, spreading, levelling and in flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 40 kg/sqcm using min. 400Kg of cement/cum as per design mix including mixing of non-circular polyester fiber @ 0.25% by weight of cement in pavement including necessay form work, finishing surfaces of concrete pavements by bromming etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Construction joints, shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable for variation in excess quantity of cement content is used in execution of work under this item.

M&L 400micron polythene film as per IS-2508, black colour, laid over sand layer including all necessary cutting, overlaps not less than 300mm and waste complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The rates for laps shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate shall not be measured separately. (ii) Sand layer shall be measured and paid separately under serial item No.3 above

M&L forming construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep filled with sealing compound Grade B etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing demolished/dismantling material from site to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for soak well 2.4M dia x 3.0M effective depth with permanent specification Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25 cover, interconnecting pipe of RCC complete filled with brick bats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge and shown on drawing No: CEJZ/STD-301/90 Sheet No 1/4 to 4/4.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced concrete 150mm bore pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for providing cmeent concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipe after they are laid and tested.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m in any type of soil all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in floors pavings, foundations, filling and mass concrete etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone agreate, as in surface channel or drain etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster (mix with water proofing compund) on fair faces of brick or stone masonary surface in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified.

Supplied only integral waterproofing compound as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete in cover slabs type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate for man holes etc.of any section indicated, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings,throating etc. and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F for 8mm dia TMT bars cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL SERVICES (AREA DRAINAGE)

Demolition of cement concrete of existing pavements (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position .

Removing demolished material (cement concrete) from site to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km and not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortor including all quions arches, pillar etc but excluding aslar facing, dressed stone work and pre- cast concrete articles, all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in floors pavings, foundations,filling and mass concrete etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone agreate, as in surface channel or drain etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supplied only integral waterproofing compound as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate man holes etc.of any section indicated, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings,throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc framed guard bars; framed balusters;walk ways; ladders and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Certain Common items are appearing at different trades in the BOQ. Later BOQ will bifurcates accordingly. If the tenderer will quoted different rate of such items appearing at multiple places in the BOQ. Tendered will revise their rates to bring them whichever is lowest rate for all the repeated items.
