Complete Repairs and Replacement of various parts of the gear Transmission system of 26 passenger (G+2) Omega lift by way of disassembling of the gear drive part by part which includes disassembling of the gear assembly ,disenagement of the worm and worm wheel .The Job Includes dismounting of gear box assembly along with casing and shifting of the same to workshop by way of mechanical transport .The job includes machining ,turning ,shaving and chaffering of the gear teeth with the help of lath machine and hobbing machine .The Job includes providing and fitting of gun metal bush with the help of press machine and resizing of bush sleeve on the both sides of the worm wheel shaft .The job include include reasignment/guesswork of the worm wheel shaft with the help of hydraullic press machine by way of aligning rotational requipment inline with the pulley block .The Job Includes Providing and fitting of Bearing (5307/3307-2RS) 2 in No in place of damaged one .The Job Includes to repairs to the pedestal Hub which includes resizing ,Machining by way of lath machine .The job includes providing and fitting of gun metal bush of pedestal Hub .The Job includes shifting back of the gear box assembly to the machine roomand reinstallation ,reassembling of the gear transmission drive .The job includes Testing and commissioning of entire lift on its full load after repairs and replacement for proper functioning of the lift .The Job Includes all necessary tool ,tackles and consumables required for carrying out of such job .

Servicing of 26 Passenger cum Bed Elevator in the New Operation Theatre Block of Govt B&J, Hospital Srinagar by way of oiling and greasing of the equipments after removing dust and dirt from them .The job includes P&F of rail guide shoe gibbs and P/F of door shoes in place of damaged door shoes.The job also includes setting/adjusting of safety blocks clutch assembly and brake of the lift The job furter inbcludes providing of consumable items required for carrying out such job. The job also includes Setting/adjusting the parameters of the drive assembly of passenger elevator besides complete checking of main electrical control panel. The job also includes providing and fitting of fuses having capacity (5No) 5A (Pencil Type) along with base. The job includes checking the performance of the lift on idle/ full load after satisfortory servicing and repairs.

Alignment of the doors and door assemly by way of disassembling of all parts such as landing door shoes ,track roller assembly ,car door series lock .The Job includes alignment of door ropes as per the sequence and checking of the rope tension and guide rail assembly . The job includes providing of all tools/tackle, consumable required for carrying out of such job.

P/F of gear oil (servo gear 90 or equivalent grade) in the reduction gearbox. The job includes draining out of old oil and disposing of it thereof
