Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete)100 mm internal dia set in cement mortar and removing the debries, thrown in out side of MoD land complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here in above but 150 mm dia.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/ dense soil for demolition of manholes etc., and getting out in foul condition complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation of manholes etc., and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cementmortar as in manholes etc complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for rendring 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/ Concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as speciefied and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in precast cement concrete manhole cover including taking down damaged old manhole cover and set in cement morter 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 11.00 here in above but 10 mm dia and over.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in channels/ benching of manhole, laid to shape and slope, surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under, haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.15.00 here in above but bore of pipe 150 mm.

Material and labour for SGSW drain pipe (Gde 'A') 100 mm bore, internal dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement morter 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17.00 here in above but bore of pipe 150 mm.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above from starting point including spreading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of AC drain pipes set in cement mortar for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22.00 here in above but bore of pipe 75 mm.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) 110mm Door bends of any radius with access to the complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 24.00 here in above but bore of pipe 75 mm.

All as per item No. 25.00 here in above but bore of pipe 75 mm.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece single ( single Y ) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece single (single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28.00 here in above but bore of pipe 75 mm.

All as per item No. 29.00 here in above but bore of pipe 75 mm.

Supply and fix 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning septic tank of any depth/ area/ condition, taking out all the stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc., and removal/ disposal of all sludge/ waste or any other materials complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Pit measurement shall be taken where the sludge is burried and the same shall be reduced by 25 % for payment purpose. (ii) No extra payment shall be paid for excavation and earthwork for pit and same shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) The pit shall be sealed with excavated earth complete all as directed.

Pumping out of water/semi liquid or any other waste materials including taking out of sludge, night soil, silted soil from septic tanks/soak well by mechanically/manually and removing to a distance exceeding 1.00 KM and deposited in excavated trenches and covering with earth in foul condition, water/semi liquid through tanker outside the MD land complete all as directed. Note: Measurement shall be taken from the septic tank/ soakwell prior to pumping and after pumping and the net quantity shall be reduced by 50 % for payment purpose.

All as per item No. 34.00 here in above but for manholes not exceeding 1.5 m deep.

All as per item No. 34.00 here in above but from WC/floor trap to Ist manhole including cleaning of trap and WC complete all as directed.

Cleaning of SWG pipe line of any dia and depth mechanically or manually by taking off sludge, water, night soil, silted soil from the manholes and finally cleaning the sewage line by rodding with gunny bags or flushing with water to remove all stacking in the sides of pipes complete all as directed. Note:- Cleaning of manholes shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item.

Material and labour loose filling with aggregate of guage 80 mm to 150 mm in soak well /sokage pits /filter beds with broken bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement,including forms,moulds,etc.al as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 7300.00
