Turn over for the year ,2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 ,Should not be less than 40.00 Lakhs audited and certified by Charted Accountant.

The Bidder must have the experience for providing 80% equipments for products tendered in 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25, to any Govt/Non Govt Organizations and Satisfactory reports

Self-Declaration Affidavit for Non-Black Listed (attested from Notary on Rs.100 stamp Paper in favour of DPO SSK Belagavi )(Latest copy from the date of tender publication).

The bidder Should be licensed dealer/authorization partner manufacturers Authorization form (MAF) from OEM shall be furnished to Laptop, Projector, Printer cum Scanner, LED Display, 1KVA UPS

Tender Should enclosed Windows 11 latest certificate from Microsoft OEM

OEM should be amongst the TOP 3 vendors for commercial desktop product as per the IDC report in india for the last 3 consecutive quarters a copy of the IDC report needs to be submitted

Tenderer Should enclose compliances chart for technical specifications (Make, Model, Brand with datasheet)of all the items

The Tenderer should have service center in Belagavi of their own or authorized service center by OEM. The tenderer should furnish details of service centers and information on service support facilities that would provide after purchase
