Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- G.S. Sheet.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10metres span and 5metres height including stacking the material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:-Of sectional area 40square centimetres and above.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking the material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- Of area 3square metres and below.

Demolishing brick work manually/ mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:- In mud mortar.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials with in all leads and lifts.

Dismentaling of tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all leads and lifts; for thickness of tile 10 mm to 25 mm.

Earth work in cutting by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited and their intermediate classifications soils including dewatering where ever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, according to the CPWD specification and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site excluding prescribed dumping charges to be arranged by the contractor himself to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work wise mechanical means and labour (if required) all useful material such as stones,shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the meximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all respect including all incidental charges:- All kinds of soil.
