Supplying, fabricating, assembling, hoisting / erecting and fixing in position at all heights and with all leads, structural steel works of welded built-up sections, all as per structural drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials and workmanship) in the situations described hereinafter including a) cutting of components to required lengths / widths and shapes/profiles, b) smooth machining of edges / faces, c) welding (electric arc welding) at joints of built-up sections/ single sections for required weld lengths and sizes and d) painting all over with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and colour/shade over one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer with surfaces duly prepared to receive painting etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: The contractor shall submit Structural Design and fabrication shop drawings for work involved based on construction drawings (that may be issued during construction period) for approval by Engineer-in- charge. The Design and fabrication work shall start only after approval to the Design and fabrication drawings. Any change required in the fabrication drawings shall be carried out at no extra cost over the quoted rates. Fabrication shall be in a perfectly workmanship like manner and as provided in Section V and VI of IS: 800 and IS: 7215. Welding shall be carried out by qualified welders. Electrodes for welding, the procedure, selection, test and inspection shall conform to provisions in IS: 816, IS: 818, IS: 822 and IS: 833. Erection/hoisting shall commence only after passing of fabricated parts by the Engineer-in- charge. Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position steel works in riveted or bolted, in built-up sections, trusses and other framed works including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and colour/ shade complete all as per specifications at all heights in RS joists / plates / channels / flats / angles / tees / other sections etc.

Providing and fixing at all heights / in all floors with all leads Colour Anodised Aluminium doors / windows / partitions manufactured from best extruded Aluminium sections conforming to ISI, cut to length, joints mitred and corners grinded with joints water proof the outer frame and shutter frame stiffened with corner angle strips or provided for in the frame for fixing the frame to RCC Columns / masonry on sides, RCC lintels on top and PCC cills or floor at bottom, the frame work fixed with standard approved fastenings all generally as per details shown in drawings and specification with all the sections pre-treated for removal of any rust and prevention of further rust formation and coated with greasy materials for non-adherence of mortar or any other sticky materials and this coat to be removed after installations of the sub-dividing frames by tenoned and riveted into frames all aluminium surface be thoroughly cleaned free or rust scale or dirt and mill scale by pickling surfaces finished with colour anodised dull matt finishing 10 MICRON thick including cost of pull and push plates and fixtures for hinged openings (arrangement with steel bearings wherever necessary), cost of labour for fixing of mortice lever locks, aluminium handles, door fittings like tower bolts etc., supplied free for fixing including screws / bolts (or these materials measured separately elsewhere) where shutters are involved etc., complete, cost of providing and fixing of glass of selected glazing quality of thickness and type of glass specified hereinafter or panel boards including nylon or PVC or rubber lining of approved quality wooden grounds, rubber gasket, aluminium glazing clips, mastic etc., and fixing with aluminium glazing clips and also snap-on type with holes as per drawing and specifications provided for separately in the sub items following the main items of frame work for partition and door shutters as below: NOTE: All fitting works shall be carried out as per I.S specifications including necessary rivets, screws, lugs, scaffolding, etc., complete all generally as per drawings. The sizes of the components should confirm as per details in drawings. Providing and fixing of Colour Anodised Aluminium (Matt finish) frame work (horizontal and verticals) for partitions Doors / Windows with required sections of JINDAL / INDAL make or equivalent including all items and contingencies described above complete (Aluminium beadings and glazing clips measured under this item only).

Providing and fixing glass panes of selected glazing quality and thickness as specified below including providing and fixing Nylon / Rubber / PVC lining of approved quality and fixing with Aluminium glazing clips / Aluminium beadings (Supply cost of Aluminium clips / Aluminium beadings are measured in relavant items) using 5mm to 6mm thick plain glass

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns of making grooves, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Flamed finish granite stone slab Sadarahalli granite.

Providing and laying cinder concrete in cement 1:15 ( 1 cement : 15 cinder of 12.5mm nominal gauge) on terraced roof or sunken slabs, laid to slope compacting, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws, providing SS Rain water drain pipe with dripping chain etc.,complete as per direction of EIC. Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Providing, supplying, and installing PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel) structurally insulated roofing panels of approved make such as Alfa / Mount / Lloyd or equivalent, consisting of a rigid PU/PIR foam core sandwiched between two pre-painted metal sheets, manufactured in a fully automatic continuous production line using a high-pressure mixing process.The panels shall be CFC-free and non-ozone depleting, suitable for roofing applications, and shall include all necessary accessories, fasteners, and sealing materials as specified. Panels shall have tongue and groove interlocking arrangement with gaskets on longitudinal sides to ensure airtight and watertight joints. The standard width is 1.07 meters, while the length can be customized as per drawing enclosed. Complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC. Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622,of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 M sand) with necessary spacer joint, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m, including epoxy Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 20mm dia 200mm long Anchor fastner bolts with Hilti chemical Grouting (HY-200R) in RCC members as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC.
