Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from PAC Holder Firm i.e. M/s. SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED- KOLKATA or from authorized dealer of PAC Holder. Authorised dealer must upload tender specific authorisation from PAC holder along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. If Railway prima-facie satisfies that other firm is capable of manufacture and supply same/equivalent item then that firm may be considered for placement of developmental order (up to 20% of the Procurable Quantity). Such firms have to upload documents in support of supply credential like IC/R-Note etc.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted. Firm will have to submit quotation with a validity for a minimum period of 90 [ninety] days otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.
