(iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable LT panel board and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Panel board not less than 1.15m x 1.35 m x0.50 m , outdoor cubical type factory made (CPRI approved) ,double door , front & back both side openable type fixed with Butt Hinges and locking arrangement with Aldrop latches , fabricated of CRCA sheet , inner sheet 2.0 mm thick hinged type door for individual MCCBs and outer door 3.15 mm thick,rubberised gasket, supported on 50x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and Tee section frame dust and vermin proof complete with aluminium bus bar 4 Nos, 600 Amps rated capacity mounted on porcelain insulators totally enclosed chamber for protection 3 phase 415 volt with suitable capacity aluminium bus bar / PVC insulated copper cable control wiring duly mounted on PCC foundation with suitable size of bolts, nuts & wahsers. Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist , channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clamps, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts , bolts, washers, welding (cold and hot ) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed , inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed .
