Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AMC) of an Anti-Smog Gun with a range of 75-100meters (Make:- BROOKWYN) (SCOPE OF WORK-Monthly visits will include a thorough inspection of all key components, including control panels, electrical systems, and water distribution nozzles. The nozzles will be cleaned and calibrated to ensure even water mist distribution. The motor, pump and other mechanical parts will be lubricated to ensure smooth operation. Scope include performance testing of the spray pattern and range (75-100 meters) to verify that the gun is functioning at optimal capacity. An engineer will be available for emergency visits to diagnose and repair breakdowns. Scope also includes rewinding of High-Pressure motors rewinding (25hp and 5 hp) as and when required, replacement of nozzles as and when required. Minor & major electrical/ mechanical parts, such as relays and fuses, may need to be replaced as and when required) - 4 Jobs

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of IGBT based Voltage Corrector (40 kVA) (Make: BROOKWYN) (SCOPE OF WORK-The engineer will visit the site every month (12 visits annually) to inspect and clean all key components of the voltage corrector, Each month, the cooling systems will be cleaned to prevent overheating, The engineer will inspect and tighten all electrical connections during every monthly visit, The voltage corrector will be tested under load to ensure optimal performance, In the event of an emergency, and engineer will visit the site to diagnose and repair the voltage corrector, Minor fuse replacements and resetting of protection circuits may be required twice annually, Once a year, the control panel will undergo calibration, the earthing system will be inspected and tested annually to ensure safety) - 4 Jobs

Providing Operation of Water Sprinkler Anti Smog Gun Make BROOKWYN (4 Nos) situated in the top of different buildings for controlling the pollution in two shift on all working days including Sundays & holidays as per terms & condition and deploying a team of technically sound and capable staff, as per terms & condition attached. Staff to be deputed at site: i) Operator - 2 Nos. (6AM to 2PM and 2PM to 10PM)
