Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) after disconnecting of electric/water connections, removing all scale & dirt by descaling of depositing inner, outer tank & heating elements by HCL or aquat clear pidlite solution, stoppage of minor leaking by soldering/brazing of inner tank & replacement of defective/wornout/unserviceable nuts, washers (New components/parts shall be measured & paid separately herein after) & refixing geyser in its original location including hoisting connecting to water, electrical connection & testing proper functioning of geyser including earthing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for various makes of geysers of following capacity:- Note: Necessary spare parts like Non return valve, stop valve, bib tap/ PVC connection /Copper connections cable, glass wool, element, thermostat, storage tank, geyser assembly, indicator etc shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of the heating element with ISI marked element of capacity 1.5/2.0 KW, suitable for 230 volts, AC, 50 Hz single phase power supply of storage type water heaters of compatible type duly making all connections by replacing inter connecting copper conductor cables and removal of the old unserviceable element complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of thermostat suitable for 25/35/50 litres capacity storage type water heaters of size 9/11 inch long with temperature range of 0-90 degree centigrade including removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bituminous self adhesive flashing tape of size 10 cm x 5 cm x 1000 cm long Heavy duty, silver or black in colour as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dash fastener and screws suitable for fixing/hanging electric geysers of capacity upto 50 ltrs fabricated with bronze and having 10 mm bore and 150 mm long with internal nails all as per sample kept at AGE E/M office complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, taking down & removing carefully the ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans, Pedestal Fans and air circulating fans etc, from existing position, from any height, of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations, sealing cable end, for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc and hanging / fixing the repaired fans in same position or at position as directed by Engr-in-Charge after, dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing, fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, connecting to existing electric sources with using new 1.5 Sqmm 3 core multistrandd PVC insulated copperwire (FRLS) to required length and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of BOQ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to & from workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Remetaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fan shall be measured & paid for separately under relavent item of BOQ.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire(Gauge/weight of copper coils shall be as per exisitng fans) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction including painting of fans of any description (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan) with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White/grey) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans including engraving / painting MES No. on fan in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm on fan body complete as directed Engineer-in-charge for the following Fans:-

NOTE- Contractor will make all arrangements of safety devices and safety of their workmen and govt property while carying out the work.

Taking down old DB's any size from site and making the good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
