NOTES TO ANNEXURE 1) All the consumables and non consumable material are to be supplied by NFL for Part-A except refrigerant gas R-12/134a, R-22 and Nitrogen Gas, which shall be supplied by contractor at no additional charges. 2) Vacuum Pump, Gas transfer pump, Condensing unit and empty mafron gas cylinders are also to be arranged by the contractor as and when required without any delay or additional charges. 3) For Part B-1 & B-2, the rates are inclusive of all material required for completion of job and no additional payment shall be made to the contractor. 4a) For Part B-3 (I) to (v), the rates are inclusive of all material required for completion of job and no additional payment shall be made to the contractor. b) Rates have been taken for the machines presently not in maintenance schedule and shall be added later on. c) These items are not to be operated in normal conditions. d) Gas filling include checking & repair of leaking points in gas circuit and shall b carried out by the contractor at no additional cost. 5) For any clarification regarding job execution, refer to the Job Specifications & Scope of work.

Part B-3(vi) REPAIR JOBS & REFRIGERANT GAS

Repair of Crank Shaft of FRICK Make 606 compressor by grinding of connecting rod segments, re-metalling of Big End Bearings with white metal matching to connecting rod segments size, Re-metalling of Main Body Bush with white metal and shaft by spray welding process as per actual size given & cleaning of oil ports.

Repair of Crank Shaft of FRICK Make 303 compressor by grinding of connecting rod segments, re-metalling of Big End Bearings with white metal matching to connecting rod segments size, Re-metalling of Main Body Bush with white metal and shaft by spray welding process as per actual size given & cleaning of oil ports.
