SUB-HEAD-1.0 - Panel Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of cubicle type free floor mounted, indoor duty, dust and vermin proof, front operated panels made out of 2mm thick powder coated sheet steel, IP54, PVC colour coded main and auxillary aluminium bus bar, interconnection, earth terminals 50 x 6 Sq.mm aluminium earth tape from end to end of the panel, provision of cable entry from top/bottom as required, extensible from both sides, consisting of the following, all as per single line diagram. (G.A. drawing of panel to be approved before fabrication) Note- All ACBs/ MCCBs shall have microprocessor based release trip with O/C, S/C, E/F protection with with RS-485 communication port & LCD display. All ACBs shall have Icu= Ics =Icw 50 KA . All MCCBs shall have Icu= Ics =35 KA. All Incomer feeders shall be provided with 'ON', 'OFF' and 'TRIP' indication lamps. All Outgoing feeders shall be provided with 'ON', 'OFF' indication lamps. All protection relays shall be numerical type. All bus bar size after derating shall be equal to the ampere given in the BOQ. All MCCB will be variable current setting , current limiting type with front extended rotary operating handle having IP 54 protection, load reversibility , phase shall have phase separators, spreader links, terminals shall have transparent polycarbonate sheet shrouding . a) Main L.T.Panel Incomer 1 No. 1250 Amps (MDO type) FP, 50 KA (Ics=Icu=Icw) , 415Volts, 50Hz, ACB with in built over current, short ckt, earth fault release with matching CT's, 6 NO + 6 NC contact etc. with display complete in all respects. Bus bars 1 set 1500 Amps , 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire colour coded aluminium bus bar suitable for 50kA for 1 Sec. f) MDB-LIFT Incoming 1No.125A, 4P, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) complying to Standard IEC 60947-6-1 for transfer and 60947-3 for disconnection function. It shall have three distinct stable positions .The ATS shall have all the four poles fully rated with inbuilt phase changeover facility complete as required. Busbars 1 Sets of 150 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire colour coded Aluminum bus bars. Outgoing 4 No. 63Amps, TP MCB . Instruments 2 Set of RYB phase indicating lamps (LED).
g) DB-External Lighting (4 Way TPN DB) (N.S.) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following surface/recess type tripple pole and neutral horizontal type distribution board (double door type) with loose wire box with incoming TP MCCB and outgoing three pole miniature circuit breakers complete with busbar, confirming with relevant specifications. INCOMING 1 No. 40 Amp FP isolator. One set time switch, contactor, push button control, fuses, changeover switches etc. complete for automatic operation of external lighting. BUSBAR 100 Amp TPN copper busbar. OUTGOING 4 Nos. 20 Amp TP MCB. 8 Nos. 20 Amp SP MCB. 4 Nos. Blank Plate.
Item No. 2: SUB-HEAD- 2.0 - PACKAGED SUBSTATION (PSS) / H.T-PANEL PACKAGED SUBSTATION (PSS) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11kV compact secondary substation outdoor type designed for natural cooling (K-10 class), having type tested equipments comprising of dry type distribution transformer and SF-6 insulated compact switchgear enclosed in robotically sealed stainless steel tank, low-voltage switchboard, interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using cables and transformer to LT-switchgear using copper busbars, factory built ready for connection type, internal GI earthing provided complete with other associated equipments etc. complete as required conforming to IEC 62271-202 and relevant IS specifications, as regards to design, manufacturing, type-testing, routine-testing and general operator safety precautions. The enclosure shall have modular construction using G.I. Sheet and shall be powder-coated from exterior. The degree of protection for each compartment shall be as follows:- A) HT SWITCHGEAR shall comprise of 03-Way RMU having 02nos. Load Break Switch and 01nos. Fixed-Type VCBs, all enclosed in common tank, made of robotically welded non-magnetic/non-ferritic Stainless Steel sheets, and filled with SF6 gas acting as an excellent insulating medium, the tank design shall meet IP-67 criteria with SF6 gas leakage rate less than 0.1% per-annum, whereas it shall be Arc-Proof design with Internal Arc criteria of 20kA/1-sec. The complete RMU shall be a front-panel design with associated Capacitive Voltage LED Indicators for each arc-proof cable box, with associated Terminal Protector boots and front-facia semaphore mechanical indication for isolator/ breaker ON/OFF/EARTH. The breakers will be provided with integrated Self-Powered 3OC+1EF relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping, and shall be operated via Resin cast Ring Core Protection CTs of suitable ratio and burden. Degree of protection for HT Switchgear compartment shall be as follows:- Degree of protection : - SF6 tank : IP 67 Front cover : IP 2X Cable cover : IP 3X - Enclosure : IP 54 B) TRANSFORMER shall comprise of 630KVA 11KV/433V DYn11 Copper Wounded Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer with Off load tap links of +5% to -5% @2.5% with WTI scanner. Class of Insulation: F, Temperature rise 90 deg.C. Losses (IS Tol.) - AS PER ECBC-2017 NORMS and Impedance of 5% (IS Tol.). IP-23 for Transformer Compartment C) LV-PANEL shall consist of 1300Amp. Copper Bus-Bar arrangement, and 1250A, 433V, 50kA, 4P Fixed, Manual ACB with microprocessor based overcurrent,short circuit and earth fault release. IP-54 for L.V Compartment. D) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE shall comprise of having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 1.5/2mm. The Enclosure shall have degree of protection for each compartment as mentioned above each compartment. The enclosure shall be Powder Coated. Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment.

Item No. 5.2 Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.
